Making sure certain sensors are aligned accurately can be difficult without something to fit them to. As I had some bamboo plywood lying arounnd at home, I wondered how well suited that material would be for creating sensor mounts. The following video shows a timelapse of a mount for a lidar and inertial measurement unit (IMU) being cut and assembled using an OmioCNC X8-2200 EPL CNC machine.
